تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقديم فهم كرنولوجي حول الواقع الليبي وتناقضاته، بالتركيز على مالات الحرب الاهلية 2011 ، بحيث تقوم الدراسة بعرض جملة من التحديات والرهانات المطروحة امام ما تشهده الدولة من انقسام-سلطة براسين-غير بعيد عن هذا تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تزويد الملتقى برؤية منطقية وتصور واقعي حول مسار بناء الدولة وسبل إعادة بعث السلم والاستقرار في المنطقة بإحداث ذلك التوافق بين مختلف الاطياف المتناحرة في البلاد This study aims to provide a chrological understanding about the libyan reality and its condradictions by focusing on the results of the civil war since 2011 Also its reviews a set of challenges ans bets about the state-building crisis due to the internal division it witnesses Libya Two authority in Libya In assition this study seeks to provide the reader with a accurate and realistic vision of the path of state building in Libya and ways to rebuild peace and achieve security and stability through convergence of views and positions between the conflicting parties in libya
