dc.description.abstract	We cannot separate between the political participation and good governance, and the goal of this study is identify the relationship be them Through the possibility of research and investigation on how activate and means of political participation in the embodiment of good governance mechanisms, and that activate the three sectors rols (state,civil society and the private sector). In addition, this study dealt with the reality and prospect for participation and good governance in Algeria, especially in the period from 2009 to 2014, on the grounds that stage has produced many political repares, economic and social. But this study shows the existence of a number of impediments and obstacles can be overcome through activating the role of public sector and civil society, without forgetting the role of the private sector especially achieving development
