dc.description.abstract	This study hight light the Turkish Africain relation and the Turkeys Africa policy under AK Party government, between 2002 to 2017, After the Open Up Plan to Africa in 2005. This study focuses on the historical background of mutual relations, And the growing importance of Africa in the world order considering the attention that Africa had Major countries of the world.Our study mainly adresses the role of Turkish cooperation and Humanitrain Diplomacy, in addition the role of civil society organization to asses the efforts and programs in implemented by the Turkish non governmental institutions in Africa. Turkey facts many diffecults in Its security, comercial and cultural strategies application. In its conclusion, the study proposed probabilities for the futur of Turkish African relation.
