تُقدم الرؤية الراهنة للمجال الجيوسياسي لإقليم حوض المتوسط بنية هندسية ديناميكية جديدة لمشهد
اللاأمن فيه، تتعاطى على مستواها الاستراتيجيات القومية للقوى الدولية، وما تطرحه منافسات القوة من
ميلاد تفاعلات أمنية متعددة اتساقا وطبيعة الرهانات الأمنية الجديدة التي تتحكم في أساساتها توزيع
مصادر الطاقة.
ينُم واقع الوجود الاستراتيجي للقوى الدولية في بؤرة التفاعل الأمني لإقليم حوض المتوسط كمجال
جيوسياسي بميزات جيوبوليتيكية فريدة، على واقع رهانات جيوإستراتيجية مبنية على أولويات ضمان إمداد
المورد الحيوي، للتأثير في توزيع القوة في السياسة الدولية.
The current vision of the geopolitical field of the Mediterranean basin presents a new dynamic architecture for its insecurity landscape, at the level of which conflict the national strategies of international powers, in addition to what power competitions pose as the birth of multiple security interactions, consistently and naturally, in front of the new security bets whose foundations are controlled by the distribution of energy sources.
The reality of the strategic presence of international powers at the center of security interaction of the Mediterranean basin, as a geopolitical field with unique geopolitical advantages, reflects the reality of geostrategic bets based on the priority of ensuring the supply of a vital resource to influence the supply of power in international politics.
