    La Politique des droits de l'homme en Algérie : étude de cas sur la liberté du culte

    Our research propose to study the policy of human rights in Algeria: study case about the worship freedom. We propose to study the historical aspect of the human rights evolution as a fondamental right, and the evolution of the religion's freedom and the worship, on both the international and national level, also in treaties conventions and in the algerian constitution, and within the various, mechanisms that protect and defend human rights, planned in various instruments of protection and guarentee. Then, it will be about the evaluation of the religion's freedom and the practice of worship, within the International reports, in order to allow us to have a global vision of the religious element in the diplomatic practices of the States in the instar of Algeria.
