dc.description.abstractالثقة كقيمة إجتماعية لها أهمية كبيرة في بناء العلاقات الإنسانية و الاجتماعية، و إذا إنتقلنا بهذه القيمة للمؤسسات السياسية فإنها تصبح مؤشراً ضرورياً لبناء علاقة بين الفاعلين السياسيين ، وبين الدولة و مواطنيها، لكن الملاحظات الأولية تظهر أننا أمام قيمة ضعيفة الحضور في المجال السياسي، خطاباً و ممارسةً ، لتحل محلها قيم التشكيك و الخوف و إنعدام الثقة بالعموم . من مميزات الثقة أنها صعبة البناء و سهلة الضياع ، لكنها ما إن تتجذر في المجتمع، الدولة و الأمة فإنها تصبح المحرك الأساسي للديناميكية السياسية الفعالة، و تجعل من تجند المواطنين و النخب أمراً سهلاً لإنجاح السياسات العامة للدولة، بل و تعزز روح الإنتماء و الولاء لها، مما يزيد من صلابتها أمام مجتمع المخاطر الذي يتسم بتنوع التهديدات ، وسهولة الإختراق بسبب العولمة و تداعياتها. يسعى هذا المقال إلى تفكيك أسباب أزمة الثقة في الجزائر عبر ثلاث مؤشرات ، من جهة أخرى تقترح الدراسة مؤشرات الحل من أجل بناء دولة الثقة Trust as a social value has great importance in building human and social relations, and if we transfer this value to political institutions, it becomes a necessary indicator for building a healthy relationship between political actors, and between the state and its citizens. And in practice, to be replaced by the values of skepticism, fear and distrust of the public. One of the advantages of trust is that it is difficult to build and easy to lose, but once it is rooted in society, the state and the nation, it becomes the main engine of effective political dynamism, and makes the recruitment of citizens and elites easy for the success of the state’s public policies, and even enhances the spirit of belonging and loyalty to it. , which increases its strength against the risk community, which is characterized by the diversity of threats, and the ease of penetration due to globalization and its repercussions. This article seeks to dismantle the causes of the crisis of confidence in Algeria through three indicators. On the other hand, the study proposes indicators of a solution in order to build a state of confidence.
