dc.description.abstractتسعى الدراسة إلى عرض موجز لتاريخ العلاقات التركية –الليبية منذ العهد العثماني، وتحاول الدراسة استطلاع الموقف التركي من ما آلت إليه الأوضاع في ليبيا بعد ثورة 2011 ، كما تنظر في الأسباب الكامنة وراء توجهات صانع القرار التركي تجاه الأزمة الليبية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تبيان الدور التركي في ليبيا مسبباته وتداعياته تخلص الدراسة إلى وجود براغماتية تركية دافعة للتدخل التركي في ليبيا، والتي اعتبرت غير إيجابية بالنسبة للفاعلين الإقليميين الآخرين في المنطقة والمهتمين بالشأن الليبي، أثارت استيائهم وانعكست في وجود صدام بينهم وبين تركيا بسبب تضارب المصالح ، يعتبر المحدد الاقتصادي أساس التحرك التركي منذ 2002 سواء على المستوى الداخلي أو الخارجي إلى جانب البعد الإيديولوجي في تحديد توجهات سياستها الخارجية بعد ثورات الربيع العربي، فضلا عن رغبتها في إحياء مجدها التاريخي تحت شعار العثمانيون الجدد. The study aims at presenting a summary of the history of Turkish-Libyan relations since the Ottoman period, and the study tries to explore the Turkish position toward the situation in Libya after the 2011 revolution, and it considers the reasons behind the Turkish decision-maker's attitudes toward the Libyan crisis, The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach to the Turkish role In Libya, its causes and consequences. The study concluded that there is a Turkish pragmatic motive for the Turkish intervention in Libya, which was considered not positive for the other regional actors concerned with the Libyan affair, that raised their dissatisfaction and reflected in the presence of a clash between them and Turkey because of the conflicts of interests, The economic determinant has been the basis of Turkey's action since 2002, both internally and externally, along with the ideological dimension of its foreign-policy orientation after the Arab Spring revolutions, as well as its desire to revive its historical glory under the slogan of the neo-Ottomans.
