| dc.description.abstract | منذ تواجد البشر على البسيطة، ولد له اهتماما بها، يتفاعل معها أخذا وعطاء. هذا الاهتمام مرتبط أساسا بوجود البشر، فالبيئة تشمل العناصر الطبيعية مما تسمى بالبيئة البيوفيزيائية وكذا العناصر الاصطناعية وتدعى بالبيئة المشيدة. فعلاقة الإنسان بالبيئة مرت بثلاثة مراحل أساسية: مرحلة تغلب البيئة على الإنسان بفعل جهل هذا الأخير، والمرحلة الثانية مرحلة تكيف الإنسان مع بيئته، والمرحلة الأخيرة وهي مرحلة تغلب الإنسان على البيئة لامتلاكه التقنية وناصية العلم. إن المرحلة الأخيرة من مراحل علاقة الإنسان ببيئته جعلت البشر يتغلب على البيئة، مما استدعى في بداية سبعينيات القرن العشريين ظهور ما يعرف بالأخلاقيات البيئية التي هي بمثابة طريقا جديدا لمواجهة التحديات البيئية المرتبطة بالتقنية، فهي تهتم بمستقبل كوكب الأرض Since humans were present on the earth, there was an interest, because it interacts with it gives and takes. This concern is linked to the existence of man, because the environment includes natural elements (biophysics) and artificial elements (built environment). Man's relationship with the environment has gone through three stages: the stage which prevails over the environment compared to man, the stage of adaptation and the stage of immorality. The third stage led man to overcome the environment, which affected it negatively, which required in the early seventies of the twentieth century the emergence of what is called environmental ethics, which is a way to meet the challenges of technology because it cares about the future of the planet. | |
