dc.description.abstractيهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة سياقات توظيف واستخدامات مصطلح الإرهاب في سياقات زمنية مختلفة في الفكر الإسلامي والغربية، حيث تتضمن الدراسة تطور مفهوم الإرهاب تاريخيا، ودلالاته اللغوية والاصطلاحية، وكذلك أبرز معانيه في القرآن والحديث النبوي، ثم استخدامات هذا المفهوم في التراث السياسي الإسلامي، الذي ارتبط بعدة دلالات إيجابية تهدف إلى زيادة القوة من أجل ترهيب وإفزاع الخصم وردعه، حتى لا يتم الاعتداء على المسلمين أو استفزازهم، وبالتالي تجنب الاقتتال والدخول في صراعات دموية. كما تناولت كذلك منظور الفقه السياسي الإسلامي المعاصر حول هذه المفردة، ثم تحليل كيفية ورودها في الفكر الغربي، الذي تم فيه ربط خطاب الهيمنة الرأسمالية في ظل العولمة بالحرب على الإرهاب. . This article aims to study employment contexts and using the term Terrorism in different temporal contexts in Islamic and Western thought. This study includes the historical evolution, the linguistic and terminological semantics of the concept, as well as its prominent meanings in the Quran and the Prophetic Statement and also its uses in islamic political heritage, which has been associated with several positive connotations whose aim is to increase power in order to terrorize, frighten and deter opponents so as Muslim people don't get aggressed or provoked, and thus avoiding bloodshed and getting engaged into conflicts. The Terrorism contemporary Islamic political jurisprudence perspective was also addressed in the article at hand, followed by an analysis of its occurrence in Western thought, in which the speech of capitalist hegemony was linked to the war on terrorism within the framework of globalization
