تعد الثقافة السياسية في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات مطلبا ضروريا من متطلبات التحول الديمقراطي، ذلك لأن حضور الديموقراطية وتكامل مقوماتها، أمر يتوقف على مدى تأصل وترسخ القيم والمعايير الديمقراطية في عقول وأذهان أفرادها. فالحياة الديمقراطية مرهونة بأبعادها وبخلفياتها السياسية، التاريخية، والإجتماعية، وهو مايعكس الاهتمام المتزايد من أجل الوصول لنموذج تفسيري للديمقراطية، والبحث عن الآليات التي تدفع بعملية التحول الديمقراطي، وقد شهدت تونس تحولات سياسية، نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى تبيان دور عامل الثقافة السياسية في امكانية تحقيق التحول الديمقراطي في هذا البلد، وكشف أثر التغيير في الثقافة السياسة على الأفراد اتجاه العملية السياسية
The political culture in any society is considered to be neccissity , and a need in democratic transition the presence of democracy and the integrity of its composants depends upon peoples minds, democracy life is directly related to the political,sociological and historical backgnound, his wil lets think of a model definition for democraty, and look for the modality of the democratical transition. Tunisia a has witnessed political changes, in his peper we look for the impact of the possibility of the political culture in democratie change and display the impact of change in the term of individual political political culture to towards democracy.
