dc.description.abstractتوصف فترة انتشار التكنولوجيا الرقمية في نهاية القرن العشرين وبداية القرن الواحد والعشرين بالعصر الرقمي والمعلوماتي، تداعياته لم تغير المجتمعات والاقتصاد فحسب بل امتدت لتؤثر على الحرب والاستراتيجية. وعليه يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة مضامين الثورة الرقمية والمعلوماتية، وتأثير تطبيق تقنياتها على القطاع العسكري، كما أنه يحدد الأسباب الاستراتيجية التي جعلت الكثير من المفكرين يصفون التحولات التي فرضتها في الجيوش بالثورة في الشؤون العسكرية، ويناقش أيضا الآثار السلبية لهذا التوظيف أهمها ظهور أشكال، وفضاءات جديد للقتال حتمت على الدول تطوير استراتيجيات دفاع تحاكي مخرجات العصر الرقمي. لتخلص الدراسة بنتيجة مفادها: التحديث العسكري المدفوع بالتغير التكنولوجي الذي فرضته الثورة الرقمية أحدث تغيرا في شن الحروب، وبين أهمية المعلومات في زيادة الفاعلية القتالية، في المقابل خلقت تحديات جديدة تستوجب التعاون بين القطاع العسكري والمدني لمواجهتها The spread of the digital technologies changed the socioeconomic life, and even warfare and strategy. Based on that the article aims to study the digital revolution contents and its impact on the military sector. it identifies the strategic reasons that made many thinkers describe the transformations in armies as a revolution in military affairs. The article also discusses the negative effects of these technologies, and the new defensive strategies in the digital age. In nutshell, the paper argues that the military modernization driven by technological change led to the change in warfare and it focused on the importance of information, and it created new challenges that required cooperation between the military and civil sectors in order to face them.
