| dc.description.abstract | تتكون المطبوعة من أربعة محاور، يتعرض الأول لماهية القانون أين يكون فيه الحديث عن المعاني المحورية لكلمة القانون، الإستخدامات الأخرى لكلمة القانون، تعريف القانون ومكانته، طبيعة القانون، الوظيفة المجتمعية للقانون، عناصر القاعدة القانونية، خصائص القاعدة القانونية، تمييز القاعدة القانونية عن عيرها من القواعد المجتمعية الأخرى، أنواع القاعدة القانونية وتقسيمات القانون. يخص المحور الثاني مصادر القانون أين يكون الحديث عن التشريع كمصدر أساسي للقانون، المصادر الإحتياطية، ومصادر تفسير القانون. أما المحور الثالث فيخص تطبيق القانون من حيث الزمان والمكان، اين يكون الحديث في نقطة أولى عن تطبيق القانون من حيث المكان، ثم في نقطة ثانية عن تطبيق القانون من حيث المكان. بينما المحور الثالث فخصصناه للمبادئ القضائية ذات الطابع الدستوري، وفي نقطة ثانية لهيكلة التنظيم القضائي. The document is composed of four main sections. The first section discusses the nature of law, where it addresses the central meanings of the word "law," other uses of the term, its definition and status, the nature of law, its societal function, the elements of legal rules, the characteristics of legal rules, distinguishing legal rules from other societal norms, the types of legal rules, and the classifications of law. The second section focuses on the sources of law, where it discusses legislation as the primary source of law, secondary sources, and sources of legal interpretation. The third section pertains to the application of law in terms of time and place. The first point discusses the application of law with respect to geographical location, and the second point covers the application of law in terms of time. Finally, the fourth section is dedicated to judicial principles of a constitutional nature and the structure of the judicial organization. | |
