Résumé
For several years, the strategic diagnosis has indicated that the Pathology of Africa is indeed sick from external military interventions and operations and the cause and effect links cannot be demonstrated. The historiography of the crises, and whether security issues, particularly in the Sahel countries, have been the subject of analysis and commentary by impartial observers and experts from different research centers; but its analyzes coming from outside the continent do not tackle the root of the problem which is linked to the strategy of external powers and the new geopolitics of hegemony and connivance of the global empire (United States) and certain external actors (GB, France and the Gulf monarchies).
