| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع النظام الإقليمي العربي، و طبيعة التحديات التي تواجهه. سواء على مستوى الدولة، أو على مستوى النظام الإقليمي ككل . و هذا بذكر العوائق و التهديدات التي تشكلت حائل و عائق بنيوي في عدم بروز نظام إقليمي عربي متكامل و متماسك مقارنة بالنظم الإقليمية الأخرى، أما من حيث المنهجية المتبعة فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، المناسب منهجيا مع طبيعة الدراسة ومسارها التحليلي، التفسيري. كما توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة محورية مفادها أن علاقة الدولة-المجتمع ذات الصنف السالب انعكست على طبيعة وشكل الدول العربية، التي أفرزت صعودا في مستويات التحليل نظام إقليمي عربي هش وضعيف استغلته القوى الإقليمية بمظاهر الاختراق والتغلغل في العمق الاستراتيجي للمنطقة العربية The studies aim to research the issue of the Arab regional system and the nature of the challenges it faces. Whether at the state level, or at the regional system level as a whole. This is by mentioning the obstacles and threats that constituted a barrier and a structural obstacle to the non-emergence of an integrated and cohesive Arab regional system compared to other regional systems, In terms of the methodology followed, reliance was placed on the descriptive approach and the case study approach, which is methodologically appropriate to the nature of the study and its analytical and interpretive path. The study also reached a pivotal conclusion that the negative state-society relationship was reflected in the nature and form of the Arab countries, which produced a rise in levels of analysis of a fragile and weak Arab regional system that was exploited by regional powers through manifestations of penetration and penetration into the strategic depth of the Arab region. | |
