| dc.description.abstract | تناقش هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الرأي العام الإسرائيلي ودوره في تحديد خيارات السياسة الخارجية الإسرائيلية. من خلال تناول الرأي العام بمفهومه السياسي، والتعريف بأدواره ووظائفه في مجال السياسة الخارجية تحديداً. مع استكشاف العوامل المشكلة للرأي العام الإسرائيلي، بما فيها العوامل الجماهيرية والمجتمعية. إذ تلعب العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية دورا مؤثراً، في تشكيل الرأي العام الإسرائيلي وتحديد توجهاته ومواقفه تجاه القضايا المرتبطة بالسياسة العليا للولة العبرية. لقد أربكت الحرب السورية صانع القرار الإسرائيلي، الذي فضل تبني سياسة النأي بالنفس عن الأزمة السورية منذ 2011. إلا أن اقترابها من الحدود السورية الإسرائيلية، أجبر صناع القرار في تل أبيب على التخلي عن تلك السياسة ومن ثم الانخراط في الحرب السورية، وذلك بدعم من من الرأي العام الداخلي، الذي يرتب تفضيلاته اتجاه قضايا السياسة الخارجية وفق تسلسلات هرمية لقيم ومعتقدات إيديولوجية. جعلته يدعم قرار الحكومة بالتدخل في الصراع على سورية، تأييدا منه لمبدأ إسرائيل الكبرى الراسخ في الإيديولوجية الصهيونية التي قامت عليها إسرائيل. Abstract :The present study discusses the phenomenon of Israeli public opinion and its role in determining Israeli foreign policy options. By addressing public opinion in its political sense, and defining its roles and functions in the field of foreign policy in particular. With an exploration of the factors that shape Israeli public opinion, including public and societal factors. Psychological and social factors play an influential role in shaping Israeli public opinion and determining its orientations and positions towards issues related to the supreme policy of the Jewish state. The Syrian war confused the Israeli decision-maker, who preferred to adopt a policy of disassociation from the Syrian crisis since 2011. However, its proximity to the Syrian-Israeli border forced decision-makers in Tel Aviv to abandon that policy and then engage in the Syrian war, with the support of Internal public opinion, which arranges its preferences toward foreign policy issues according to hierarchies of ideological values and beliefs. It made him support the government's decision to intervene in the conflict over Syria, in support of the Greater Israel principle rooted in the Zionist ideology on which Israel was founded | |
