| dc.description.abstract | شكلت مسألة الديمقراطية في المنطقة العربية منذ بداية عصر التحولات الديمقراطية في العالم الخصوصية والتميز ، نتيجة المراحل التي مرت بها والنتائج التي وصلت إليها، وقد أثار ما شهدته المنطقة فيما أصبح يُعرف " بالربيع العربي" جدلا واسعا، حول حقيقة هذه الانتفاضات، وخلفياتها، وأسبابها، ومستقبلها، وخاصة حول توقيتها، ولا تزال محل خلاف بين مؤيد ومعارض، وبين من يؤكد على دوافعها الداخلية، وبين من يصر على محركها وفاعلها الخارجي، إلا أن الحقيقة تكمن في توافر مجموعة من العوامل الداخلية عرفت كيف تستثمرها العوامل والقوى الخارجية من أجل تحقيق تغييرات لطالما سعت إلى إعمالها بعد أن أثبت النظام العربي فشله وضعفه.
