dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة أحد أبرز القضايا الشائكة والمهمة المطروحة على الساحة الأكاديمية والسياسية والصحية والمتعلق انتشار فيروس كورونا هذه الجائحة التي هددت أمن واستقرار الدول والشعوب من بداية شهر مارس لسنة 2020، وقد خلف هذا التهديد الصحي العديد من التحديات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي وضعت الدول في مأزق حال دون قدرتها على التعامل معها بشكل فردي الأمر الذي دعى إلى ضرورة تدخل أطراف وفواعل أخرى من أجل المساعدة في التصدي لانتشار هذا الفيروس والحد من توسعه بالشكل الذي قد يؤدي ‘إلى نهاية العالم بأسره، ومن هنا ظهر دور المنظمات غير الحكومية بشكل بارز في مواجهة والتصدي لهذا الفيروس. This study aims to address one of the most important and thorny issues on the academic, political and health arena related to the spread of the coronavirus, this pandemic that has threatened the security and stability of countries and peoples since the beginning of March 2020. This health threat has left many political, economic and social challenges that have placed countries In a predicament that prevented it from being able to deal with it individually, which called for the need for the intervention of other parties and actors in order to help confront the spread of this virus and limit its expansion in a way that could lead to “the end of the whole world, and hence the role of non-governmental organizations emerged prominently in Confront and address this virus.
