    "دور المشاريع التنموية الكبرى في اعادة بعث التنمية والأمن في منطقة حوض النيل المحفزات - والمعوقات- "سد النهضة انموذجا

    تعتبر منطقة حوض النيل من بين اكثر الفضاءات اهمية من الناحية الجيوبوليتيكية في منطقة شرق افريقيا لما تزخر به من موارد مائية وطبيعية من جهة، وكذلك بالنظر للتعقيدات والتناقضات الاثنية والدينية التي تطبع المنطقة، حيث تجمع المنطقة بين إحدى عشرة دولة متناقضة اثنيا وعرقيا. ترتب عن التناقضات الموجودة مجموعة من الانعكاسات الامنية والاقتصادية الوخيمة على شعوب المنطقة، بالمقابل شهدت المنطقة في الفترات السابقة نهضة تنموية نتيجة بروز نماذج تنموية ناجحة في المنطقة تتقدمها اثيوبيا من خلال بعث عدة مشاريع اقتصادية تهدف لاستغلال ثرواتها المحلية مما مكنها من تحقيق مستويات نمو غير مسبوقة في إفريقيا، ويعتبر"سد النهضة" من بين اهم المشاريع التنموية التي عولت عليها اثيوبيا من اجل تحقيق تقدمها وتطورها. لقد خلق سد النهضة ديناميكية اقتاادية واجتماعية في اثيوبيا ودول منبع النيل المجاورة، في حين تسبب في إذكاء الاراعات الجيومائية الموجودة منذ القدم، خاصةبين دول المنبع الماب وما صاحبه من نزاعات قانونية وسياسية أثرت على استقرار المنطقة. Nile Basin is considered as Africa's reservoir. It is one of the most important geopolitically spaces in the Eastern Africa because of water and natural resources it has. In addition to the ethnical and racial paradoxes and complexities which characterize the region.It also gathers betweens ethnically and racially contradicted countries. These differences and paradoxes in the Nile Basin led to geopolitical conflicts between different countries and local societies in that region. Thus complicating the situation which resulted in critical security and economic effects and impacts on the peoples of the region,The countries of the Nile Basin are suffering from different problems negatively affecting the security and the political stability. In the other side of the Nile Basin the region has known lately worth noting revival and renaissance through the appearance of many success development models led by Ethiopia which has inaugurated and launched many projects exploiting its local wealth- water abendence Anahda dam or what is known is among the best development projects which Ethiopia such while it motivated geo- water conflicts with Egypt and Said an which created legal and political disputes affecting the stability of the region.
