Perhaps the growing international interest in the agenda of the Third Millennium Development Goals - as a global initiative that seeks progress towards sustainable development - has deepened studies and reports aimed at finding analytical approaches to embody this global endeavour. Renewable energies represent a basic and reliable future source for advancing economic and social growth in Algeria, which provides job opportunities and improves living standards in a manner that enables combating the phenomenon of poverty. Perhaps the issue of pairing between depleted and renewable energies would achieve the stability and continuity of the state.
